    SHS Hire (Specialised Hire Solutions) endeavours to deliver a high quality, fair & reasonable service to all of its clients. SHS Hire does acknowledge, however, that there are instances where client’s will perceive that the service does not meet their requirements.
    In such instances, SHS Hire directs the client to record a formal complaint in writing within 28 days of the return of the vehicle or up to 90 days after the specific incident/event (whichever is sooner).

    Please note, that SHS Hire are not able to respond to complaints made by someone who is not a direct client. A client is defined by SHS Hire as an individual or company who has used or is using their services.
